The Walk N Talk Story
Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health was born from a simple idea:
That walking side by side makes it easier to open up and talk about mental health.
The Beginning
What started as walks among friends has grown into a community-wide movement.
Our Impact
Since our founding, we've helped lots of people across the UK find connection, support, and understanding through our walking groups. Our trained volunteers create safe spaces where people can share their experiences while enjoying the benefits of gentle exercise.
Our Future
Today, we continue to grow and adapt to meet our community's needs, always staying true to our core belief in the healing power of walking and talking together.
Community Values
Support
Creating safe spaces where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
Community
Building connections that extend beyond our walks.
Wellbeing
Promoting mental health through movement and connection.
